You will develop and implement cost-effective processes, work instructions, and equipment integration across cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5 years of manufacturing process improvement experience, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, CAD tools, and statistical methods to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 5 years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support life cycle development of medical devices (Class I–III).
• Develop, document and implement manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Lead improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Introduce new equipment, products and processes with project leadership.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing needs.
