Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Sustainment Test & Evaluation Engineer to support a Space Systems Command (SSC) PMO located at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO, focusing on MILSATCOM and NC3 systems.

You will design, plan, and execute testing in a lab environment and participate in test planning, execution, and anomaly resolution. The role requires a DoD clearance, a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and 5–10+ years of test leadership in DoD projects.

Qualifications

• Active DoD/USAF test process knowledge and documentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Strong leadership experience in a competitive multi-contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, coordinate and execute testing on MILSATCOM systems and subsystems.
• Provide technical assessments and resolve system-level anomalies.
• Author and deliver test plans, procedures, diagrams, and reports.
• Travel up to 20% to CONUS/OCONUS per government direction.
