Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks an Enterprise Requirements and Integration Engineer to lead MBSE-driven development, baseline management, and systems integration for MILSATCOM programs. You will coordinate with U.S.

Space Force stakeholders, manage risks, and guide technical decision-support activities across the SATCOM enterprise. The role requires extensive collaboration with government and contractor teams, delivering briefings to Space Force management

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications
• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Satellite Communications
• 8+ years demonstrated experience in systems engineering
• Familiarity with MBSE and tools for requirements development and traceability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organization with ability to handle competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE to support development of technical baselines
• Analyze system requirements and verify the technical baseline
• Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to close gaps in the flow of requirements
• Lead and support Government/Contractor Working Group meetings and write minutes
• Review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities
• Facilitate program document reviews and adjudicate comments
• Serve as SME to assess technical issues and prepare briefings for Space Force leadership
• Manage risks, issues, interdependencies, and develop action plans for resolution
