Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Sustainment Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support SSC PMO at Peterson Space Force Base, CO.

The role focuses on autonomous testing of MILSATCOM space systems and NC3 capabilities using government processes for IV&V of hardware/software changes. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and document test activities, collaborate within the MSEIT IPT, and travel up to 20% to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required, contributing to joint and

Qualifications

• Active DoW SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or similar technical discipline from an accredited university.
• 10+ years leadership/management experience.
• 5+ years experience with DoW/USAF/USSF test processes and documentation.
• 5+ years experience working with military or DoW civilian clients and managing professional relationships.
• 5+ years experience in a highly competitive multi-contractor environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, coordinate and execute testing on MILSATCOM systems and related components.
• Provide engineering support including system-level issue resolution and tech assessments.
• Author and deliver test plans, procedures, configuration diagrams, and test reports.
• Travel: Up to 20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by government direction.
