Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Sustainment Engineer to lead Logistics Product Data initiatives and build an automation-driven ILS toolchain. You will own the LPD environment, connect FMECA, RCM, MTA, LORA data, and ensure on-demand provisioning documentation delivery.

You'll collaborate across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders, drive AI-enabled sustainment analytics, and guide migrations from legacy tools to an integrated architecture while maintaining readiness for field

Qualifications

7+ years in sustainment/logistics engineering or ILS roles in defense or aerospace.
Experience structuring and managing Logistics Product Data per S-Series ILS with standard systems.
Proficiency in Python or scripting to build data connectors and automations.
Familiarity with PLM/ERP integration and data governance within defense context.

Responsibilities

Architect and build the ILS toolchain with automation-first workflows to shorten analyst cycles.
Define and own the Logistics Product Data environment and single source of truth for documentation.
Identify AI/automation opportunities to accelerate sustainment analyses and embed into the toolchain.
Build integrations to propagate BOM changes, ECOs, and design decisions via sustainment artifacts.
Define target-state sustainment architecture and lead migration from legacy tools to integrated environment.
Coordinate with field/depot data to refine estimates and sustainment models.
Represent sustainment data architecture in enterprise governance and cross-functional decisions.
