Job summary
Forterra seeks a Sustainment Logistics Lead to drive DoD system ILS and lifecycle logistics, ensuring availability with cost-effective long-term support for autonomous ground vehicle systems. You will build and execute sustainment plans, coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and program management, and shape performance-based sustainment strategies.
This hands-on role requires strong DoD logistics expertise, program management collaboration, and a readiness to stand up sustainment practices
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in military system sustainment or lifecycle logistics.
- Experience with ACAT I-III programs and DoD sustainment policy.
- Ability to hold a DoD Secret clearance.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated logistics product support activities, including spares analysis, forecasts, supply support, repairs, site activation planning, and global inventory control.
- Generate logistics analyses and data requests for LORA, RAM, and LCSP.
- Support site activation and ongoing movement logistics and readiness activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and program management to ensure effective sustainment.
