ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior ElectricalProduct Sustainment Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Santa Ana, California. In this role, you will keep our production operations running smoothly once products are in the field and on the line. You will triage product failures, drive root cause investigations to closure through process or design updates, and manage failure and field data to understand population-level impact. You will work cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations to keep builds on plan and surface any issues that threaten the build schedule. Your work directly ensures that the capabilities our customers depend on are delivered reliably and at scale, sustaining fielded systems long after they leave the line.
