Job summary
Anduril Industries is hiring a Product Support Engineer to join the Deployment Engineering team. You will drive sustainment strategies and maintenance plans for cutting-edge defense products, ensuring operational readiness and lifecycle longevity.
In this role you will shape technical data packages, optimize sparing, and translate engineering innovations into reliable, supportable systems for warfighters, enabling Anduril’s mission in a high-impact environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in high-rigor environments.
- Foundational IPS concepts and military standards knowledge.
- Security clearance eligibility and ability to travel for on-site support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sustainment plans for supported products.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and manuals for field support.
- Be the primary sustainment contact for the product team and resolve issues.
- Work with design/manufacturing on supportability and early lifecycle considerations.
- Create and maintain SBOMs and other critical sustainment artifacts.
