Lockheed Martin seeks a Radio Frequency Interferometer (RFI) Logistics Program Manager to lead all Global Sustainment activities, including planning, execution, and staffing across development, support, and field operations. The LPM will drive EVM-based performance, cost, and schedule baselines while coordinating with Program Managers and technical teams.

The role requires experience in sustainment programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; salary ranges

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead GS program activity for the RFI Logistics Program Manager (LPM).
• Plan and execute logistics and sustainment efforts across development, LSA, publications, training, repairs and field support.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to determine GS staffing levels, required skillsets, day-to-day management, measurement and reporting of contract scope.
• Serve as CAM for GS using EVM metrics, TPMs, and baselines in documents.

The successful candidate will be the Radio Frequency Interfermometer (RFI) Logistics Program Manager (LPM) leading all Global Sustainment (GS) program activity. The role will be responsible for the capture and execution of all logistics & sustainment efforts for the RFI Program to include but not limited to Engineering & Design for Sustainment during development, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), publications, training, repairs, obsolescence management, and field support. The LPM will work closely with Program Managers and other functions to determine GS staffing levels, required skillsets, day to day management, measurement, and reporting of contract scope. The role will devise and implement plans, budgets, schedules in response to program requirements to ensure milestones are met. The LPM will devise solutions in response to problems that negatively impact successful accomplishment of tasks assigned throughout the team. The LPM will support the adoption of Digital Transformation processes, tools, common products, and infrastructure as required. The LPM will also serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for GS activitites using Earned Value Management (EVM) System Metrics, technical and staffing risks, cost, schedule, performance, baseline in documents, and key Technical Performance Measures (TPM). The position will also provide capture and proposal support to include reveiw of Basis of Estimates, sustainment strategy themes, and proposal milestone completions.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
