Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer TechLead, onsite in McKinney, Texas, to design, integrate, and deploy test systems supporting missile testing and warfighter missions.

Qualifications include a STEM degree with 10+ years leading complex test system engineering, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (DoD Secret). This is an on-site role requiring collaboration across disciplines and with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading the execution of complex test system engineering activities, including hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance.
• Experience directing the design, development, and/or integration of test equipment and leading teams of experienced professionals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

• Design solutions and deploy systems supporting test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.
• Collaborate with lab teams to understand requirements and implement integrated test solutions across disciplines.
