Job summary

Forterra seeks a Sustainment Logistics Lead with DoD ILS and lifecycle logistics expertise to build and execute sustainment activities for autonomous ground systems across Defense and commercial customers.

You will lead lifecycle logistics planning, interface with engineering, supply chain, and program management teams to ensure operational availability and cost-effective long-term system support, in a fast-paced environment with mission impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in military system sustainment or lifecycle logistics.
• Experience with ACAT I–III programs and DoD sustainment policy.
• Familiarity with DoD maintenance, technical manuals, acquisition logistics and ILS.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-up and operation of spares analysis, forecasts, and global inventory control.
• Generate logistics analysis supporting LORA, RAM, and LCSP.
• Support site activation planning and ongoing movement logistics.
• Manage site spares allocations and global spare inventory.
• Establish repair capability with the technical department.
• Ensure data sufficiency and accuracy for logistics support.
• Execute and coordinate ILS planning and readiness activities.
• Contribute to performance-based sustainment metrics and contract planning.
