LMI seeks a Sustainment Project Lead – Integrated Surveillance Towers to support a CBP program within the USBP PMO. The role provides leadership for sustainment, acquisition support, program management, systems engineering, deployment, and logistics across the Integrated Surveillance Tower portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, logistics, etc.).
• Minimum 8 years in project management, systems engineering, or lifecycle sustainment.
• Experience managing sustainment for complex fielded systems.
• Ability to brief senior leaders and translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead sustainment planning and execution for the Integrated Surveillance Tower portfolio.
• Coordinate across operations, engineering, logistics, and acquisition teams.
• Track performance metrics and lifecycle cost drivers; report findings.
• Develop sustainment strategies, risk mitigation, and change control processes.
• Support budget, schedules, and executive-level communications.
