Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a Sustainment Integration Lead (Enterprise / Transition) to coordinate transition and integration activities across Collins sustainment and SSN readiness, maintaining operational stability during a controlled transition to the future model.

The role requires 6+ years of experience with a related degree (or more with higher degrees) and proficiency in program integration, transition management, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6 years experience or Master’s with 4 years; 10 years with HS diploma.
• 8+ years in program integration, transition management, or complex system coordination, preferably submarine sustainment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies (workforce, schedule, regulatory, industrial).
• Strong stakeholder coordination across government, industry, and military organizations.

• Coordinate authority-gated transition execution.
