Job summary

Atlas Tech in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Lead to own end-to-end sustainment for Navy C4I systems. You will plan, coordinate, and execute logistics, configuration management, and lifecycle support across shipboard and shore-based platforms.

The role requires deep Navy logistics knowledge, a DoD clearance, and proven leadership in IPT environments. This is an onsite position with relocation support if needed, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret or higher clearance with current SSBI/T5; TS/SCI desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of Navy C4I logistics experience in DoD environments.
• Experience leading Navy C4I ILS programs and coordinating across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ILS Lead and primary logistics authority for end-to-end lifecycle sustainment across Navy C4I systems.
• Develop and maintain COP records and ensure accurate baselines throughout lifecycle events.
• Use CDMD-OA to manage configuration data and track equipment changes.
• Develop MBPS data to support sustainment planning and documentation.
• Track EOL and sustainment status using Q-Star for lifecycle planning.
• Lead DMSMS efforts to identify and mitigate obsolescence risks.
• Utilize CMPro for hardware asset tracking and DD1149 documentation support.
• Provide ILS for ship and shore-based Navy systems and coordinate with PMW 790 stakeholders.
• Conduct inventory audits and manage asset disposition and warranty status.
• Submit Shore ILS certifications in line with Navy timelines.
• Analyze logistics processes to reduce lifecycle costs and improve efficiency.
• Interface with NAVIFOR, program offices, and engineering teams for integrated logistics support.
