Atlas Tech seeks a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Lead to manage end-to-end lifecycle sustainment for Navy C4I systems, serving as the primary logistics authority across shipboard and shore-based platforms. The role demands independent operation, certification timelines, and strong data management to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Navy C4I, with ILS leadership experience, DoD certifications, and a Bachelor’s in Logistics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Navy C4I logistics experience in DoD environments.
• Experience as ILS Lead coordinating across IPTs and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of configuration management and sustainment processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as ILS Lead for end-to-end lifecycle sustainment of Navy C4I systems.
• Develop and maintain COP records and baselines across lifecycle events.
• Use CDMD-OA/MBPS/Q-Star to manage configuration data and sustainment docs.
• Coordinate with NAVIFOR, PMW 790 and IPTs to ensure readiness and compliance.
