Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an engineer to support sustainment development and testing of S4R programs, including LRU remove and replace, fault detection and isolation, and configuration actions. You will collaborate across multiple programs and work hands-on with radar equipment in lab environments.

THE WORK

Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.

Basic Qualifications

• Familiar with shipboard Combat System Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) and Casualty Control procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance.
• Domestic and International travel required up to 15%

Desired Skills

• Familiar with Condition Based Maintenance plus technology.
• Familiar with GEIA 0007 standards and military standard 3034 Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) reports.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
