Baxter International Inc. in the United States invites applications for a Sustaining Engineering Project Manager within the Patient Support Systems (PSS) group.

You will lead design changes for medical device products, coordinate with engineering, quality, regulatory, and operations to keep released products compliant and on schedule. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 1–3 years PM experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and timely project execution.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Project, Monte Carlo, Oracle PLM, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation.
• Plan and execute projects using PM tools and coach team members.
• Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change control KPI reporting with project data.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Identify risks and support continuous process improvements.
