Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs in Advanced Surgery. You will align objectives across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams to drive initiatives from concept through launch.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, execution, and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver measurable results in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 8+ years of related experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
5+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-site initiatives.
Experience in regulated industries (medical device/pharma/life sciences or advanced manufacturing).
Strong influence, execution, and cross-functional leadership across diverse teams.
PMP, PMI, IPMA or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects that support growth, product development, and operations.
Align engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to program goals.
Develop and execute project plans delivering on time and on budget.
Drive data-informed decisions through financial analysis and market insights.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Partner with senior leaders to secure alignment and accelerate execution.
Guide teams through product lifecycle management and gate milestones.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure launches with strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer impact.
