Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, strongly preferred in engineering/technical field.
• 1+ years of project management experience leading projects of various sizes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
• Ability to travel to customers, suppliers, or Baxter sites as needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and deadlines.
• Effective time management to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation.
• Plan and execute projects using PM tools, coach team, solve problems, and decide.
• Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision.
• Communicate status updates up and down the organization.
• Support change control KPI reporting with project reporting.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Assist in tracking and communication of project risks.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities within the sustaining engineering team.
