Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customers or Baxter sites as needed.
• Adaptability to changing project priorities and deadlines.
• Good time management for timely project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation.
• Plan and execute projects using PM tools and coach team members.
• Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision.
• Communicate up and down the organization and provide status updates.
• Support change control KPI reporting and project reporting.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Assist in tracking and communicating project risks.
• Support continuous improvement and process improvements within the team.
