Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring to support cross-functional teams in international focus projects, new product development, and sustaining engineering. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure plans align with processes.

You will contribute to on-time, on-budget delivery with product quality and regulatory compliance, applying project management fundamentals while developing leadership in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Foundational exposure to project management practices such as scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking, and project documentation.
• Experience with Agile Scrum or traditional project management methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external partners in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting international product launches or market expansions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams in new product development or sustaining engineering.
• Support dispersed teams and external partners in international launches and regional updates to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables per established processes.
• Coordinate activities, track milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Assist with task assignment and follow-up with team members.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies as applicable.
• Support achievement of quality, cost and schedule objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project status updates and contribute to risk and change discussions.
• Assist with implementing approved design changes into production.
