Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
• Experience in sustaining engineering or manufacturing support (3–5+ years).
• Ability to lead root cause analyses and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Creo, Windchill, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes affecting Hamilton rail products and update production processes.
• Perform forensic examinations to determine root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Support QA during audits to ensure compliance with AAR standards.
• Collaborate with design engineering and operations to front-line technical support.
• Manage engineering change processes and update BOMs and drawings.
