Job summary

Reworld, a leader in sustainable waste solutions in the United States, is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely process inbound materials using excavator, wheel loader, and skid steer.

Requirements include high school diploma and at least 1 year operating industrial equipment; ability to work a rotating shift. Total rewards include competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipment.
• Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment, such as: excavator, wheel loader and skid steer.
• Safely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor.
• Follow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areas.
• Exterior site maintenance and improvement, as needed, which includes: litter collection, painting, snow removal and ice prevention.
• Traffic Control for incoming/outgoing traffic.
• Assist facility mechanic(s) with equipment repairs.
