Job summary

Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure. seeks a Supply Chain / Manufacturing Controller to oversee cost and margin visibility across power generation equipment, from raw materials to delivery. You will work directly with the CFO, focusing on cost accounting, variance analysis, and KPI development.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cost and manufacturing accounting, CPA/CMA preferred, and strong NetSuite/ERP experience. This is a remote opportunity in the United States with full-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cost and manufacturing accounting experience, ideally in equipment or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong command of standard costing, BOM and routing structures, and manufacturing variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own standard costing, BOM and routing accuracy, and cost revaluations across product lines.
• Analyze manufacturing variances: purchase price, material usage, labor, overhead absorption.
• Develop and maintain gross-margin, unit-cost, and productivity KPIs by product/line.
• Model P&L and working-capital impact of sourcing, safety stock, and lead-time changes.
• Support COGS, inventory, and margin reporting under U.S. GAAP; year-end closes.
