Job summary

Rothy’s in Austin, TX is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to represent the brand on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and live our values in every interaction. You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

You will also assist with limited operational tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and stays well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, on peak days and non-peak days.
