Job summary

Rothy’s Seasonal Retail Ambassador in San Francisco, CA is responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers on the sales floor, delivering the brand experience, and supporting store operations.

You will drive personal sales, build lasting relationships through clienteling, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive team culture. Availability for peak days and physical tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Willingness to support operational tasks and stock replenishment.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on Peak Days (Fri–Sun + Holidays).
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
