• Customer Experience (90%) deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer with best-in-class service rooted in our values.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture by modeling collaborative behavior.
• Operational Excellence (10%) execute stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
