Rothy’s in Houston, TX is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You’ll embody our values, connect with shoppers, and help customers find the right fit while supporting store operations.

This role focuses on outstanding service, relationship-building through clienteling, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive team environment. Availability for peak days and peak hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays).
• 18 years of age or older.

• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Build lasting relationships through strong clienteling.
