Booking Holdings is seeking a senior leader to drive sustainability in procurement for U.S. brands. The role focuses on embedding sustainability into sourcing, governing supplier performance, and aligning global procurement with brand-led Procure-to-Pay initiatives.

You will coordinate with Sustainability and Procurement teams, influence governance, and push for the 2027 source-to-pay tools rollout across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive job knowledge, 8–12 years in procurement or sustainability roles.
• Experience embedding sustainability into sourcing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier engagement and Scope 3 priorities across U.S. brands.
• Integrate sustainability requirements into sourcing and supplier-management processes.
• Establish governance, reporting, and performance management for sustainable procurement progress.
