Qualifications

• 15+ years of global consulting and transformation experience.
• Proven ability to sell, shape, and lead large procurement transformations.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and spend analytics.
• Experience linking procurement with order-to-cash and ERP systems.
• Executive stakeholder management across CPO/CFO/CIO and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the relevant practice portfolio, business strategy, offerings, alliances, capability roadmap, talent plan, and market positioning.
• Build reusable IP, methods, benchmarks, case studies, and market-facing thought leadership; represent Wipro in executive and industry forums.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives; frame strategic issues, direct complex engagements, and ensure quality and measurable outcomes.
• Own and grow a consulting pipeline; originate, shape, price, negotiate, and close premium opportunities.
