Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Plastics Engineering, or a related field
• Strong laboratory and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in sustainable materials and polymer development

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments related to PHB stabilization and colorability
• Prepare formulations and process polymer samples
• Collect, analyze, and document experimental data
• Assist with testing material performance and properties
• Present research findings and recommendations to the technical team
• Maintain laboratory equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Support ongoing R&D projects as needed
