Footprint Project is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to manage our Mars Hill warehouse, oversee our renewable energy fleet, and coordinate logistics across the domestic U.S. This role emphasizes inventory control, asset tracking, and collaboration with a small nonprofit team.

The candidate will ensure safe, organized facilities, handle inbound/outbound shipments, and support disaster response logistics during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lb repeatedly.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for inventory records.
• High school diploma or higher; preferred degrees in logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appalachia hub inventory and fleet management to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of renewable energy assets at Mars Hill warehouse.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
• Support cross-region asset management with the New Orleans-based team.
• Keep detailed records and provide status updates on shipments.
