Reformation Denver is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, customer-centric team in our store. You will drive sales performance, coach associates, and ensure a premier in-store experience aligned with the Reformation brand.

You\'ll mentor staff, manage daily operations, uphold policy standards, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires at least 3 years in retail.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career.

• Maintain store procedures and weekly workflow.
• Lead merchandising presentation and staff training as needed.
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales, product, and allocations.
