Job summary

Reformation is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead a busy store, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will report to the Store Manager and supervise daily operations while upholding brand standards and sustainability goals.

The role focuses on coaching staff, managing inventory, and using technology to enhance in-store interactions. Compensation is hourly with flexible scheduling and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Experience leading a sales/retail team and driving customer engagement.
• Strong communication and customer-focus skills.
