You will oversee internal and vendor-designed products, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with architects, planners, and environmental professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of engineering experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design and Low Impact Development (LID).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance.
• Oversee internal designs and vendor-manufactured products quality.
• Manage stormwater management and structural design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and environmental professionals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support.
• Support new product development, vendor sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
