Zusammenfassung

Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support Certified Teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment for young children. This role emphasizes teamwork and assisting with daily lesson experiences that introduce eco-friendly concepts.

You will help maintain an organized classroom, supervise children, engage families, and participate in ongoing professional development. The schedule runs year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:00AM-6:00PM.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children in childcare or education.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Certified Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and meaningful learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, eco-minded classroom and follow sustainable routines.
• Complete assigned tasks daily and support safety protocols.
• Supervise children during activities and meals, documenting observations.
• Greet families and participate in sustainable family engagement activities.
• Attend required trainings and pursue ongoing professional development.

Kenntnisse
