Job summary

Reformation is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to support online retail daily. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing inventory accuracy, handling returns and coordinating customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain inventory processes, support omni-channel orders, and help meet selling targets while upholding Reformation’s values and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital tech.
• Experience in sales or retail or operationally intensive business.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.

Work Location/ Schedule:

• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week,
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included.
• Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business).

The Role:

The E-commerce Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the online retail business. This position is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory accuracy, assisting with returns and customer service coordination, and ensuring seamless backend support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

What You’ll Do:

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures
• Consistently use and understand processes and procedures to track in store inventory accurately
• Track, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments Complete inventory related tasks as necessary with an elevated attention to detail, including inbound and outbound store transfers, shipment, and omni channel order processing
• Communicate with customer service to help resolve order-related issues.
• Meet clientele selling targets and ensure service via phone and email is aligned with Reformation
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
• Uphold time and attendance policy

What You’ll Bring:

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base is 12-13 GBP hourly. depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
