Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in program coordination, preferably within urban education. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience coordinating programs and analyzing program data.
• Experience in urban education or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SCS implementation and guide schools on SCS pillars and principles.
• Provide operational support for school-based SCS staff.
• Develop strong relationships with school leaders, partners, and students.
• Meet with Lead Partner Agency for hands-on coaching.
• Ensure development of school-based leadership teams.
