The Sustainability Specialist will focus on reporting sustainability data and metrics, providing sustainability technical assistance to improve operations, and communicating how Earthjustice practices sustainability. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about the mission of Earthjustice, has a great appreciation for data and reporting, and knows the value of great storytelling. They will be essential in helping align operations with the mission of Earthjustice.
This position will report directly to the Director of Sustainability and Impact and will collaborate with the Real Estate and Workplace Strategy Team and other colleagues supporting sustainability initiatives.
This is a remote U.S. position.

Salary is based on experience and location.
Salary range in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY: $85,100 - $94,600
Salary range in Seattle, WA, Washington, D.C., or Chicago, IL: $80,900 - $89,900
Salary range in Denver, CO or Philadelphia, PA: $76,700 - $85,200
Salary range in Miami, FL, Texas (state), or Atlanta, GA: $72,500 - $80,500
Remote salary range for other locations in the U.S.: $72,500 - $89,900
