Job summary

TPG is seeking a Responsible Investing Research Assistant to support academic and industry research on social impact across its global investment portfolio. The role involves fast-paced research, deal work, and engagement with portfolio companies on topics like human capital management, environmental health and safety, climate, and sustainability.

You will contribute to thought leadership, drive improved performance on responsible investing and sustainability factors, and collaborate with teams

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sponsorship not available
• Must be located in MA during internship
• Undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant program
• Experience or interest in responsible investing, climate/sustainability, finance, or related field
• Ability to conduct market research
• Ability to use AI-enabled research/tools responsibly
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; fluent in English
• Experience with SASB/GRI is a plus
