Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Sustainability, Regulatory, Industry Advocacy Manager to turn sustainability into a concrete business strategy. You will lead a global program, partnering with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, and executive leadership to shape strategy, drive ESG initiatives, and report on performance.

You will own the ESG framework, coordinate disclosures, and collaborate with Marketing to communicate progress. Travel up to 25% to support commitments and industry engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years in sustainability/ESG or environmental management.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time as needed.
• Experience developing and leading sustainability/ESG programs.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Expertise in carbon footprinting, PCR, LCA, EPD, and certifications.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across organizations.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication translating technical topics to business insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sustainability software.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute sustainability and ESG strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Develop governance structures, policies, and data controls for sustainability.
• Lead ESG data collection, validation, submission, and governance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Operations to embed sustainability in products and manufacturing.
• Engage leadership, customers, and industry groups on sustainability topics.
• Track progress and report performance to internal stakeholders.
