Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst for Sustainability Controllership to strengthen internal controls around regulatory reporting. You will document processes, maintain RCMs, and support risk assessments within the Corporate Finance framework.

You will collaborate with process owners, monitor control design and effectiveness, and track remediation plans to ensure audit readiness and data integrity across global sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, finance, internal controls, compliance, audit, risk management, regulatory reporting.
• CPA license preferred; Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, corporate governance.
• Ability to document complex processes with narratives, flowcharts, SOPs, and RCMs.
• Experience partnering with process owners to implement controls and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build internal controls around sustainability reporting across end-to-end processes.
• Document key sustainability reporting processes and internal controls (narratives, flows, SOPs, RCMs).
• Monitor the sustainability internal control program, risk assessments, and control testing.
• Maintain governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) documentation and ensure current alignment.
• Coordinate remediation plans from readiness assessments and internal reviews.
