Job summary

JTEKT is seeking a Sustainability & Purchasing Lead to drive ESG reporting and supplier data analytics in a hybrid environment. The role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts, developing analytical tools, and supporting purchasing with sustainability initiatives across the supply base.

You will present findings to executive leadership and collaborate on improving processes, KPIs, and compliance for customer and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing experience in OEM or tiered automotive industry.
• Cross-functional background is a plus (sales, program management, quality, engineering).
• Strong data analytics and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability reporting and alignment with customer requirements (carbon footprint, conflict minerals, CSR, diversity, EHS).
• Coordinate supplier data gathering and KPI tracking; compile results.
• Map supply chains and ensure annual supplier mapping for customers.
