Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support global programs across operations and disclosures, including CDP, TCFD and CSRD/ESRS. The role offers exposure to strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with plant teams, contribute to data collection and analysis, assist with emissions and energy tracking, and help drive continuous improvement across facilities while learning to apply AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, environmental management or corporate responsibility.
• Familiarity with major reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, TCFD, CSRD/ESRS).
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder materials creation.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability programs across EnerSys global operations.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and annual disclosures.
• Engage with plant teams to support environmental programs and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional project management across workstreams.
• Develop materials for customers and sales support on sustainability.
• Monitor emissions, energy, water and waste data and track progress.
