TEP Tucson Electric Power Company seeks a seasoned sustainability leader to supervise and advance the company’s sustainability reporting, programs, and stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop corporate sustainability strategies, and manage external consultants to deliver material environmental metrics for public disclosure.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with sustainability and/or environmental compliance reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years of sustainability, environmental compliance, utility, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Proficiency with data management, reporting, presentation, and standard business software applications.
• Demonstrated collaboration, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement corporate Sustainability strategies.
• Lead the Company’s Sustainability reporting program.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and consolidation for reports.
• Collaborate with business areas to implement reporting strategies.
• Prepare external sustainability disclosures in coordination with Corporate Communications.
• Engage stakeholders and manage external sustainability consultants.
• Track regulatory and policy developments affecting sustainability.
• Support leadership with executive- and board-level materials.
• Lead ECOS steering committee and coordinate internal sustainability initiatives.
• Travel to operational sites and industry events.
