Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) seeks a Strategy Analyst to design, measure, and track corporate strategy and bridge it to business units. You’ll support the Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation in planning activities, develop executive-ready analyses, and influence leadership through clear communication.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy-related functions, experience in regulated industries, and strong data analysis, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, Analytics, Organizational Leadership, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy, business analysis, strategic planning, consulting, finance, project governance, or related function.
• Utility or regulated-industry experience.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision making.
• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively with diverse groups across functional lines.
• Ability to articulate dissenting or alternative positions in a constructive and persuasive manner.
• Ability to build presentations and present to wide audiences.
• Proficient in using MS products.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the corporate strategy process and operating rhythm for consistent tracking of progress.
• Turns research and input into executive-ready reports, presentations, and analyses.
• Serves as internal consultant on the Company’s strategy framework and tools.
• Advises business unit leaders on strategy, guiding plans, projects, and budgets.
• Champions OKRs with leaders to set inspirational, measurable objectives.
• Supports implementation of strategy execution tools across the enterprise.
• Connects enterprise strategy to business unit strategies.
• Develops and facilitates strategy workshops and trainings for leaders.
• Assists in developing business cases and funding for new projects.
