Tucson Electric Power Company is seeking a mid-level sustainability leader to supervise the sustainability team, drive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and program execution aligned with corporate strategies.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, coordinate external reporting, risk management, and regulatory efforts, and lead internal sustainability initiatives to advance the company's environmental objectives.

Formación

• Experience with sustainability and/or environmental compliance reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years of sustainability, environmental compliance, utility, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency with data management, reporting, presentation, and standard business software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement corporate Sustainability strategies.
• Lead sustainability reporting program and related data consolidation.
• Coordinate reporting strategies with External Reporting, IRP, Energy Resources, and Programs.
• Work with Corporate Communications to disclose reporting to the public.
• Provide utility-specific metrics to customers and engage stakeholders.
• Track regulatory and policy developments impacting UNS Energy operations.
• Lead ECOS and related sustainability initiatives and committees.
• Collaborate with business areas to advance sustainability objectives.
