Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Sustainability Specialist in Charlotte, NC to design and execute events supporting the company’s pillars of Sustainability, Emission Reduction, Water Leadership and Package Recovery.

The role partners with industry groups to pilot scalable solutions and educate the public. The position involves tracking data, preparing reports, representing the company at conferences, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to advance environmental initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in sustainability programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics with internal and external partners.
• Track and report on sustainability programs and impact metrics.
• Prepare presentations and communicate program results.
• Lead Tier 1-3 sustainability activations and events.
• Support administrative tasks for the Senior Director.
