Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to design and execute programs across Emission Reduction, Water Leadership, and Package Recovery. You will partner with industry groups, manage logistics, and help pilot scalable sustainability initiatives.

You will track data, prepare presentations, represent the company at conferences, and contribute to storytelling with impact metrics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating sustainability solutions.
• Ability to track data and report on program impact.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to travel to events and facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics with partners and customers.
• Track data and prepare sustainability program reports.
• Act as liaison for sustainability partnerships with stakeholders.
• Lead Tier 1–3 sustainability activations and events.
• Support communications and reporting for impact metrics.
• Occasional weekend work and travel as assigned.
