Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Additionally a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science is required.
• Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, Owner's PM, or similar roles in commercial development and construction- related disciplines is required.

Responsibilities

• Creating and modifying mechanisms to track carbon across the project life-cycle.
• Understand design and construction of mass timber, concrete and steel large-span buildings.
• Proficient in scope 3 material quantity takeoffs, MAC, NPV and simple payback analysis.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align goals and tasks for program success.
• Strategic planning and forecasting for emerging technologies not yet market-ready.
• Track multiple deployments of complex projects simultaneously.
• Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.
